
Organizations all around the world are strangled by triangular organigrams and command & control structure that limit and strangle the power of individuals. Enourmous stress and frustration results, while wear and tear accentuate. In the collaborative era companies, organizations and societies should understand that their triangular structure is in fact a piramid (if they are in various countries, they have at least as many faces or triangules) or even a cone. but if you look at gods view of theses structures or you google earth it (if you prefer) you will only see circular zone os influnece and then you will grasp why cisco is getting it right. they ignore geography, hierarchy or even backgound when outting teams together to accelerate key decisions. Organizations where built to produce energy. Just as an engine, where the pistons dont report to the spark plugs or the transmission to the injection system...in companies the flux and synchronization result in efficient energy production. Not hierarchy.
