Top Down is just for Ketchup

In our days, all industries face the consequences of the empowered client (customer). There are only rare cases of those which are not inverting their top down approaches to creativity, production and innovation.  I'd say that only in the Ketchup industry has this philosophy been kept (even there just in packaging).  However evident this reality may seem, fewer have spoken of the shift this reality has to produce in politics. The citizen (customer) is creating new models of social manifestation and intervention. This citizenship trend emerges, and while some politicians are anxious to understand them, others feel threatend by them. A remaining few understand these two realities will have to exsit just as newspapers and the internet. To reinforce and serve each other.
